Fortnightly Reviews - Weeks 3 & 4

It has been another busy, but solid fortnight. I have been managing to get out regularly at lunchtimes which was allowing me to do 3 sessions a day quite often, which then freed up evenings to do yoga and core / weights sessions.     Swimming on Wednesday was a 750m time trial. I went through 400m in 6:20 and 750m in 11:56, so only 5 and 11 seconds off my targets for the year, and it isn't even the end of January. And yet the bike came home in this state so at least bits of it were muddy even if they were mostly track and road.  And then on the last day before I returned to work the snow arrived. Having run out the railway line in the morning, I took the mountain bik...
